Welcome to Shiftwell, a web-based application designed to simplify employee scheduling for small businesses. By accessing or using our service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use Shiftwell.

 

1. Beta Program

Shiftwell is currently in public beta. As such, the product is still under development and may contain bugs or incomplete features. We appreciate your feedback as we improve the experience.

 

2. Accounts

To use Shiftwell, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate information and keep it updated. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

 

3. Use of the Service

You may use Shiftwell only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the service

  • Use the service to store or transmit harmful or unlawful material

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations

 

4. Data & Content

You retain ownership of the data you upload, including team schedules and employee info. By using Shiftwell, you grant us a license to use, host, and store this information solely for the purpose of providing the service.

 

5. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property related to Shiftwell—including our logo, branding, and software—is owned by Bad Hippos (our company). You may not copy, use, or distribute any part of Shiftwell without permission.

 

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may also delete your account at any time.

 

7. Disclaimer

Shiftwell is provided “as is” during this beta period. We do not guarantee uptime, performance, or data accuracy. We are not liable for any loss or damages resulting from the use of our service.

 

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via the email provided in your account or via the app.
