• Team Data: Names, roles, and shift availability of team members that you add
• Scheduling Data: Shifts created and assigned within the app

Payment processing is handled by Stripe. We do not store your credit card details — all payment data is collected and secured directly by Stripe in accordance with their Privacy Policy.

2. How We Use Your Data

We use your data to:

• Provide and improve the Shiftwell service
• Store and display your schedule and team availability
• Communicate with you about your account, updates, and support
• Fix bugs or performance issues in the product

We do not sell or rent your data to anyone.

3. Who We Share It With

Your data is securely stored and processed using Firebase, our database and backend platform.

We may also use service providers (like email delivery tools or support tools) who access your data only to help us operate Shiftwell. These providers are required to keep your data confidential.

5. Cookies & Tracking

We use Google Ads (Google Tag Manager) to measure the effectiveness of our advertising. This service may collect data about your visit — such as pages viewed and actions taken — and may use cookies or similar technologies to do so. This data is used solely for advertising analytics and is governed by Google's Privacy Policy. We do not use any other analytics platforms or tracking pixels at this time.

6. Data Retention

We retain your data only as long as needed to provide the service. If you delete your account, we will remove your data from our systems within a reasonable time.

7. Children's Privacy

Shiftwell is not intended for use by anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

We take reasonable steps to secure your data, including encryption and secure storage via Firebase. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
